Hello everyone! I am a Registered Aesthetician and Registered Nail Technician.  I have been offering services at Lighten Up Salon and Spa since 2009.  Skincare is my passion and I am truly dedicated to helping all my clients achieve the results they desire. Armed with some of the best products and tools available on the market I offer a wide range of services customized to suit the needs of everyone. Services include full skincare services, relaxing facials, anti-aging treatments, adult and teen acne clearing, home care routine design, body waxing, brow and lash tinting, full nail services and makeup application. My business is located within Lighten Up Salon & Spa on Route 70 at the Boylston/Shrewsbury line. Many have described it as a hidden paradise and are amazed at what they find inside.

  • Skincare

    • Get Acquainted Facial (New Facial Clients) $65
      If this is your first time seeing me for a facial please choose this option.  This service includes a thorough analysis and cleansing of the skin, exfoliation, simple extractions if appropriate, massage, skin appropriate mask and protectoin.  Concerns and desired results will be addressed and follow up treatment as well as home care recommendations will be made.  We will discuss your current routine and decide if it is working for you and what if any changes need to be made.  Please bring all products (pictures are fine) you currently use in so I can compare ingredients. 
    • Total Relaxation Facial $60
      This service is the ultimate in relaxation and function.  The skin will be cleansed, exfoliated, analyzed and an appropriate mask will be applied.  This treatment also includes neck/shoulder massage and your choice of hand/arm or foot massage while your mask sets. (There are no treatments or extractions included in this treatment)
    • Deep Cleanse Facial $65
    • Dermaplaning $50
      This treatment will eliminate "peach fuzz" and assist in the removal of dead skin cells allowing a jump start for skin renewal.  The results equal smooth skin, which promotes a flawless make-up application.  Includes cleansing, dermaplane and appropriate moisturizer application. *Service is not permanent hair removal*
    • Back Facial $90
      This skin care treatment for the back focuses on purging the toxins that are causing clogged pores.  Your back will be cleansed, exfoliated, purged, massaged, hydrated and above all refreshed.

    Almost every part of the body can be waxed.  If there is an area you would like treated that is not listed please use the waxing quote service and you will be contacted with further information.

          Great for those on the go!  This express service includes nail shaping, cuticle care, and polish or nail buffing. 

        • Classic Manicure $20
          A quick fix when you don’t have time for the deluxe.  This classic manicure includes a hand soak, nail shaping, cuticle care, a relaxing hand and arm massage, and polish or nail buffing.  
        • Deluxe Manicure $30

          The ultimate overhaul for your hands!  This deluxe manicure includes an exfoliating scrub with hot towel removal, a hand soak, nail shaping, cuticle care, an extended relaxing and hydrating hand and arm massage and polish or nail buffing.

        • Express Gel Polish Change - Hands (Existing Clients Only Please) $30

          This express service includes removal of gel applied by me, nail shaping, cuticle care and application of desired UV cured gel color.  Additional charge of $15 for removal of gel or enhancement applied elsewhere.  

        • Classic Gel Manicure $35

          The classic gel manicure includes removal of gel applied by me, nail shaping, cuticle care, a relaxing hand and arm massage and application of desired UV cured gel color.  Additional charge for removal of gel applied elsewhere.

        • Deluxe Gel Manicure $45

          The deluxe gel manicure includes removal of gel applied by me, an exfoliating scrub with hot towel removal, nail shaping, cuticle care, an extended relaxing and hydrating hand and arm massage and application of desired UV cured gel color.  Additional charge for removal of gel applied elsewhere.

        • Gel or Enhancement Removal Only - Hands $15
          Removal only of gel or enhancements.  There may be an additional charge depending on time and products needed for removal.

        Welcome to a new experience: safer, more pleasant, and longer results. Say goodbye to ancient pedicures with dangers of contaminations and infections. Embrace what many guests appreciate already - the smarter choice of a more pampering, moisturizing, and comfortable treatment: the waterless pedicure!  (*Traditional soak pedicure option available utilizing a professional and portable unit with disposable liner.*)  
        • Callus Eliminator Waterless Pedicure $45
          The classic pedicure with an added callus removal treatment. An effective solution is applied to callused areas of the feet and set to penetrate under warm towels to break the tissue for easy buffing and filing away. This pedicure also includes nail shaping, cuticle care, moisturizer, and polish or nail buffing. (Massage not included in this service)
        • Deluxe Waterless Pedicure $65
          The ultimate overhaul for your feet! This Deluxe Pedicure includes detailed nail shaping, extended foot filing and callus treatment, cuticle care, foot and leg exfoliation and hydrating mask under warm towels, extended foot and leg massage, and polish or nail buffing.
        • Express File & Polish Change – Feet (Existing Clients Only Please) $20
          Great for those on the go! This express service includes detailed nail shaping, cuticle care, and polish or nail buffing. (Massage not included in this service)
        • Classic Waterless Pedicure - (Existing Clients Only Please) $30
          A quick fix when you don't have time for the Deluxe. This pedicure includes detailed nail shaping, basic foot filing, cuticle care, moisturizer, and polish or nail buffing. (Massage not included in this service)
